In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, managing a wide range of customer interactions, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders and service requests.

Responsibilities:
Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to customers at all times

Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
Respond to questions and concerns in a timely, effective manner
Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, sales, and complaints
Process customer orders, forms, and requests efficiently
Stay knowledgeable about our products and services to offer helpful support.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in computer systems and CRM software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational abilities
