Grant Consultants Ltd is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, managing a wide range of customer interactions, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders and service requests.

To thrive in this position, you’ll need excellent communication skills, the ability to think on your feet, and a calm, customer-focused mindset—even under pressure. Your goal will be to consistently deliver exceptional service that enhances client satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities:
Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to customers at all times
Communicate with clients via phone, email, in-person, and online platforms
Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
Respond to questions and concerns in a timely, effective manner
Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, sales, and complaints
Process customer orders, forms, and requests efficiently
Stay knowledgeable about our products and services to offer helpful support.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in computer systems and CRM software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational abilities
Team-oriented with a flexible approach to scheduling
